Simultaneous bonding of large axles is possible at both sides.
Cycle time is reduced with simultaneous double-head pressure welding.
Deburring can be performed inside the equipment.
The pressure welding status can be automatically judged at all times, allowing the shipped product defect rate to be kept to zero.
Thermal distortion is minimal, and high dimensional accuracy is obtained.
No spatter is produced, resulting in clean finishing, and allowing a post-process to be omitted.
Cost savings are realized by bonding expensive material with inexpensive material.
Running costs can be reduced.
Power consumption is 1/5 to 1/20 of that of other welding methods.
CO2 emissions can be reduced.
No toxic substances such as sparks or gas are produced.

Removes burrs produced during pressure welding.
Regulates product runout when performing deburring.
